Butterscotch Haystacks

  • 1 cup       butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup  peanut butter
  • 2 cups    chow mein noodles
  1. Microwave the butterscotch chips and peanut butter at 50% power until for 3-5 minutes at 45 second intervals and mix well.
  2. Continue until mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Add chow mein noodles to mixture and make sure to coat the noodles completely.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment or wax paper.
  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until coating has hardened.
  6. ENJOY!!!
